- [STRATOS EBT/CBTA](https://stratos-ida.com/ebt-cbta.md): Evidence-Based Training (EBT) and Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) platform for airline recurrent pilot training. Every check is graded against the ICAO nine-competency framework on the airline's own forms and scoring rules, following the ICAO, IATA and EASA method (also ECAA). Produces a signed PDF per evaluation, a permanent per-pilot history with a full edit audit trail, and analytics at three levels: pilot, cohort and fleet. For Training Directors, Heads of Training and TRE/TRI leads.

Pilot validity (licences, medicals, checks and courses), planning, recurrent training, records and audit in one system, configured to the airline's Operations Manual (OM-D) and authority. Gives a daily action list of renewals by status (green, yellow, red, expired, missing). For Directors of Training, Heads of Training and Crew Training Managers.

## Key facts

- Not tied to one regulator: each airline is configured to its own training manual and authority.
- Every airline's data is isolated from every other's; pilot and cabin-crew records are kept separate at the database level, and data is exportable in full at any time.
- Role-based access in both products, with every action logged.
- The instructor always sets the final grade; any override needs a written reason, and STRATOS never overwrites it. The airline keeps every regulatory obligation.
- STRATOS EBT/CBTA sits alongside an airline's LMS; it does not deliver e-learning.
- Implementation: four stages, about five weeks from receiving the airline's manual, records and forms. The airline names one owner; STRATOS does the setup.
